greetings from a very passionate YF-16 lover from far far away, who enjoys hearing every new story about this aircraft. looking forward to see the thing finished, albeit feeling a bit sorry about the chosen paint scheme - which i would prefer to be different from #1. congratulations on the really excellent work.

The livery was a long discussion. Originally the aircraft was in blue and cream and then changed to the red, white, and blue it was to wear for the Paris Airshow and the livery it wore during its last flight.

BIGGEST possible engine, in the SMALLEST possible airframe. Stunning. Look up the Viz from the Paris Airshow debut, and watch it leave an F-4, for dead, in a take off drag race.

Surely already delivered to paint, but would be great to see it loaded on the Lowboy with truck for transport - hope someone at least took photos! Luckiest YF-16 there is, restoration is going great.

Well, you are in luck. As it turned out, the transporter had issues, and we canceled yesterday and today. We will try again next Saturday.

@@FtwAviationMuseum Yay, that's great - hope there will be video as I hope to build a model of it loaded in 1/32 scale. Also might make it by museum beginning August after the IPMS Nationals - if it is painted and returned by then. Thanks
