If Mitsubishi put the valve lift on intake cams I feel like they’d perform that much better. I bet those 3.8 w a turbo would eat with the extra exhaust flow. Honda kinda killed the game with valve lift. Nothing matches vtec and how it sounds. I have a 230whp h22a prelude and that thing never ever gets old.

Mirages are gangster and imo I would take one over a Honda any day, and this is coming from a massive Honda enthusiast. Mitsubishi got me at the infamous 4G63 and yes they’re more expensive to build, but when you get them up there, I don’t think I’ve seen a Honda produce the same numbers yet. Don’t get me wrong, “VTEC YO!”, but the Evo 4 is sexy and the drivetrain on the Evo being 4WD, that Mirage is Evo based so it would be easier to Evo convert than AWD convert a Honda 😉
