The van is a re-creation of the Mego van from the 70's. There was a black one for Batman, and a purple and green one for the Joker. (There may have been an Action Jackson version as well.) I bought a new version black one from CTVT (they offer them in multiple colors) and made a Mego Punisher van. I added a cage between the front seat and the cargo area, I removed the winch and made a computer console with a computer chair (facing rearward) and I added a weapons rack. I put some bullet dents in that gun emplacement shield on the roof (and some more in various places on the body.) And lastly, I made a Mego Microchip, by putting jeans, a plaid shirt and some eyeglasses onto a Boss Hogg Mego figure. I am working on a Mego Punisher too, of course.

8:14 That's awesome. Between the WWE ambulances, Mystery Machine, etc., you'd think someone would make a matte black one or somethin'. Like a base colour that'd make it easier to do a Punisher or Turtle van. *Didn't even remember the movie Turtle van is white. Damn, so this could be an amazing conversion that wouldn't be too hard to do. I'm just so lazy lol. But if we ever get an official/3rd party movie van, it's gonna be like the cost of 10 of these ...so maybe I can find the time to be a little less lazy.

I completely forgot about those Animal Warriors figures! There are just so many independent companies making good stuff that fit into different displays right now. Those might fit in with the Furay Planet stuff, but also just any display that could use some animal... uh, warriors. Yeah. That name works. I found that ambulance on a random Google stroll hunting for vehicles, but the shipping... it hurts. I need an Australian store for stuff like that! The only 1/12 scale vehicle I have is Kamen Rider Build's bike, and I mostly bought that for his weapon. The eyes on that Storm look incredibly Cockrum. It always amazes me when I see a custom that just nails his style. His Storm and Nightcrawler are just so standout. If I was going for a Cockrum X-display, I'd grab that head... but I've decided that my main X-Men are gonna be the Mafex Jim Lee ones. Gotta resist the urge to double dip on characters.

Hey there, Fwoosh. The merman figure could be from the cartoon network toy line from the eaely 2000's. I'm not sure which company made it, but I would say that person may have used that as the base. Those were some great molded figures, just not enough articulation, IMO.
