In a perfect world, Hasbro will make some Hand army builders. Not sure how much they'd be able to recycle parts for that, though.

Well if they did a GI Joe Legends line...they could reuse the Hand parts for Storm Shadow and other ninjas.

I haven't read a whole lot of current comics but are The Hand still basic looking ninjas or have they been modernized? They could maybe use some movie Dr.Strange or Mordo parts but thats about it. Trying to think of who else would even use a ninja body if they made it? Dedicated ninja sculpt 2 pk? I'm down!

Bjpalm, I don't read much modern comics, either. All I know is that I've been using Dr Strange and Mordo bodies to go with my extra Articulated Icons heads. The make pretty good mystic ninjas.

Great review guys! You two are a trip to watch, lol. I hesitated on getting this for maybe a few seconds and quickly came to the realization that I need more AIM troopers in my life, lol. I never realized how much Paladin looks like a fodder grunt until they announced this pack. Definitely need at least a couple packs.

It's ALMOST definite that the AIM Trooper bodymold was actually made for the SDCC Star-Lord, but the AIM Trooper just made use of the body and beat him to release by 6 months.

Fun review, guys! I too wanted to pass on this because of Hasbro's blatant reuse of parts to sell to us all over again, but they really did a clever job with this one. I already have two AIM "scientists" but the black deco is way better, for sure! Got to get me a set. And all the mentions of MODOK has me wishing they redo him too!

Actually, the AIM assault trooper is kinda based on a special kind of AIM trooper that appeared, like, one time in an Avengers story from the late 2000s to early 2010s (can't remember the title). It's one of the first images you see upon looking up "aim assault trooper".

Sorry Robo. The $50 price tags initially scared me off. Then I realized I had $20 worth credit so I bought one for $50 and found another for $30. The $80 I would expect. I’m surprised you didn’t have MODOK to show with the figures. We need Hand ninja. They have pieces to use.
