It is a wonder that no passers-by were struck. This was like an old Western movie. That guy sure had a lot of ammunition. He planned on one day it going down. He was probably running on pure adrenaline until he fell on that sidewalk. Then he realized he lost a long time ago. Thank you to LE here for being courageous. I hope their families don't watch this because they may push them to change careers. It does not get any more real than this folks...

Still required to render aid until a paramedic, doctor, or judge declares him deceased. Once had to help do CPR on a guy who overdosed in his sleep beside his girlfriend, even though there's a noticeable urine stain indicating he long since passed away, still did everything in our power to save him. But yeah, even if a guy's brains are all over the sidewalk, you're expected to render aid until otherwise.

These officers really need to train on crossfire, effective weapon range, and knowing what's behind your target. It's amazing no civilians or officers were hit by mistake. Know where you're shooting and don't fire a handgun at a target greater than 50m away because you're not gonna hit shit.

Officers show bravery but definitely need serious pre-flight cues, safety, and firearms training. They could have easily injured or killed innocent people with their hail of long range gunfire across commercial business lots, streets, sidewalks, etc. Mag dumps at a moving or concealed person 50 yards away, or danger-close to fellow officers in the line of fire, is not prudent, wise, or even legal. A citizen would be facing criminal charges here.

I saw the other day that there was this company called SentinelSky that does drone stuff for police departments as the 911 call happens. I think they’re from Texas also. Why aren’t more departments using them. It probably would have been a lot safer for everyone if they just let the drone follow him. No saying the cops did anything wrong, it’s just that there are better ways now. We don’t have to do things in the same old way.
