The liner is more important then the length, I'd go for a superior heavy liner and expect good results. You will be able to push them faster with a 700 but lots of people shoot em through 600s

I can swage a 26.1 grain 0.216 hollow point that is made from wheel weights...They are HARD...But they fit in the unchoked sumatra barrel perfectly..Barrel dia 0.222 external 0.216 internal groove 0.003..

Question.. When you buy a liner thats bigger/smaller than what you have. Does the liner come with pelletprobe to match , Cant seem to see them for sale , or do I have to buy the barrel kit ? And What oil are you using in the YongHeng Compressor . Am i keen, I have bottle and compressor and the Bloody crowns still waiting to clear customs and land at Hermans .. The waits killing me , but soon it will be the Rabbits taking over my farmlet . Cheers

If you want to change calibers you have to buy the barrel kit, which comes with the new barrel housing, pellet probe and liner, but if you only wanna change the twist rate then you can just buy the liner

Did you try both the Javelyn gen2 in 26 grain .217 and 0.218? I can imagine that the .218 go faster due to a tighter fit (less air escaping) what is your opinion?
