It’s so good, but it’s also a recurring bit. Among several other instances they call the welfare office the “welfare store”, when Charlie married the waitress in his cartoon fantasy they get married at the “marriage store”. It’s definitely not just relegated to this scene even though it is one of the funniest instances of it

As much as I love a good blooper reel, this reel was edited badly and showcases some really bad choices for presenting them. Its better in terms of comedy structure to just let the bloopers play out, don't cut to the final scenes and most importantly, don't have a fancy graphic at the side to introduce the blooper with a name. It's all unnecessary and comes across really corporate like, I'm no longer looking at actors flubbing their lines and corpsing, I'm now looking at a board room slide show of moments that could be funny being completely ruined by its presentation.
