He moved because the front office wasn't prioritizing building a better roster. I believe Jordan retired when his GM said that they were going to rebuild. Championships take far more than one player to win.

When a great leaves to form superteams, it's because the team or organization they're currently on is less than. OKC was the better team while having one of the best front offices committed to winning. Kd simply has shown he never wanted that pressure to be THE GUY, simply another guy. End of the day, this is sports u have to have some form of a competitive drive to compete. KD's move to GS pretty much said he wanted no parts of even competing for a ring. Sean Elliot was not on the Spurs during Rodmans first year in SA. They were ok before Rodman but , their defense was awful. He got traded for Rodman. Rodman was the 2nd best player on that Spurs team and was scoring a lot actually even when Elliot returned the next year. There’s a lot of arguments to put Lebron over mj. This is no hate to mj but to say lebron has no argument is weak to then because Bron did more with less and was also losing to the great Celtics, Spurs and Gsw.
