At the end of the day Mizzy, and people like her, are the real stars of any reality tv - and especially fishtank. She needs to stay in it for as long as possible. We all love the epic schizo racists but only because they're the avatar for our hatred of vapid, narcissists like Mizzy. Letty was the star of s1 because Jon and Chris got so angry with them. S2 by contrast didn't have a letty, closest you had was Jimmy freaking out at Trish, but that just made Jimmy look like he was afraid of sex, Trish was otherwise totally neutral. S3 will be measured for quality by how many people in the house abuse Mizzy and how long the production can keep her in there to suffer.
