My favorite thing about her interviews is that she really allows people time to articulate a thought. A lot of interviewers interject and interrupt and often times it's clear that their comments either completely derail the speaker's thoughts or, at best, slightly miss the mark. You lose some of the depth and authenticity of the interview when that happens and some of the most well-known hosts are notorious for this. I love that Caresha allows people time to finish a thought without adding her perspective in too quickly.
