This song is gonna be a contender for best idle song for me. It's so painfully beautiful. It is a perfect duo with Hwaa. This sets up the pain, which gets resolved in Hwaa. Hann and Hwaa are two emotions Koreans identify with deeply. Hann#2 is like the pain that Koreans suffered under the Mongols, Min, Manchus, Japanese. Hwa/anger is the resentment of being forever subjugated and being unable to self determine Hwa/fire is the world war that set Korea free. Hwa/flower is the country that it turned into. But Hwa feels empty to me without the Hann.
