I just noticed the forced-perspective trick they used at1:44. Cobra Commander and the tiger aren’t actually far away, they swapped out the figures for miniaturized versions to trick the viewer into thinking that hill is off in the distance. I worked on a model railroad years ago that used the exact same trick. They had a smaller scale train running on a hill in the background.

They made me think of the old Fisher-Price safari set tiger, but I don't think that's the right one. Something about the mouth pose seemed different. but knowing Robot Chicken, they could have easily altered one vintage toy and then made molds of it.

@@LextheRobot I googled the tiger you’re talking about. There is a resemblance, but I don’t think they’d modify the head that much. Carving out a mouth so that they could stick Joe limbs and whatnot in there is one thing, but why change the brow and eye sockets? I guess it could be a completely new head sculpt (which would also explain why it’s much simpler, more stylized). The tail is slightly different as well.
