For sattu Paratha:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Sattu - cups
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1/3 cup
Ginger -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mixed pickle -1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil or ghee
Salt to taste
For Roasted tomato chutney:
Tomatoes - 3
Green chilli -1 tsp
Garlic -1 tsp
Onion - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 tsp
Salt to taste

Tried this today! Turned out very tasty. The tomato chutney is a perfect combination. Except that a few parathas split while rolling & it was a total mess with the sattu filling all over the counter 😢
