In Bengal also we make this paratha besides deep fried the same thing as kachouris in small sizes. We also use mastard oil very widely, and in the sattu dough we always enogh water because sattu absorbs a lot of water. Thank you for sharing it for all.

I’m waiting from Guyana 🇬🇾 our ancestors also came from UP and Bihar we make a roti called dhal puri which we boil the split peas dhal and grind it into a powder and add garlic and pepper and geera powder then stuff it into the flour dough and make a roti it the best

No jau sattu is different, what I want you to use is chana sattu. This is only made by grinding roasted chanas that we eat. I’ve explained this in a small video, kindly check out the link given in the description
