Can the Perasa water be served as soup ? Such a waste, if thrown away, a bit dry, wouldn't it be nice to have a bit of soya sauce gravy to accompany the noodle like a dry wanton noodles sauce

打橫拍比打直拍好，畢竟使用電腦或電視機觀看，不是使用手機觀看。 這乾净面是很古老傳統炒法，現在好像沒什麽看到這道菜了，反而是嘛嘛檔比較多。 難道是我的錯覺？
