材料：2只sotong、1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉、1根香茅、3个红葱头、3瓣蒜、30克虾米、1勺咖喱粉、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、1勺蚝油
1）把sotong腌制1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀
2）1根香茅、3个红葱头、3瓣蒜、30克虾米切碎
3）热锅热油，把sotong中火慢炸，炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油爆香虾米，再倒入其他备料炒香，加1勺咖喱粉、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、1勺蚝油炒均匀
5）最后倒入炸好的sotong快速炒均即可❤️
