Honestly, there is a way not difficult to achieve but can't explain in words. I use 'tan sau' with a very strong guy in an arm wrestling that he can never push me down. Of course, I can't push him back. He just almost beat me but I can't simply use the trick to maintain. This will be the same trick for this demonstration. Put it simply, it is a combination of deflection, relaxation and the way to absorb the energy. For example, one can observe that CST pushed back with arms up and at an angle, this is the deflection and use of the elbow and angle to ease the force which is the way to absorb energy. Say if CST kept his elbows in. Then he will lose as the force is to deliver to his body. Instead, his kept the elbows off the body that gave him flexibility. Also, his fingers are outside of the big guy's palm that they won't be twisted. This is also important. Those are simply physics. Of course, you need to practice but doesn't need years to achieve. It is not really big thing neither. Try it!
