I am extremely honored to be acknowledged for being a beacon of TRUTH as well as my Ballroom contributions over the past 35 years as the G.O.A.T and number one reigning King for both Pop Dip & Spin the Oldway and Face with Performance.
Pop Dip & Spin The Oldway is one of the main categories that is apart of the foundation of Ballroom, however, those of us who walk the category are rarely recognized for our ground breaking and game changing efforts as we fight to keep the category alive. Not to mention the strain ones body from doing acrobatic moves, jumping off of stages into pretzel dips, voguing with knives, swords & nunchucks, sliding and crawling down stairs, executing cartwheels, forward rolls and balancing ones entire body on your neck and shoulders for long amounts of time for over 35 years. Keep in mind that I can still execute all moves to this day with the same energy and stamina by the mercy of ALLAH!!! 🙏🏽
I am all about inspiring others and leading by an example of excellence and TRUTH when it comes to my Ballroom categories. Being a true positive role model is key for me!
