Marine is an interesting case because she doesn't seem short, despite being the same height as Kobo and Iofi. (Also Towa and Ame. And Luna, IF she's wearing both her crown and shoes.) Next down are Kanata and Bae. Then there's Chloe, who is now alone in her exact height. Then Anya. Then Shion. Then Gura. Then Bijou, whose height she shares with crownless, barefoot Luna. And finally, Laplus, though I'm not sure if we've ever had it confirmed that 139 is to the crown of her head or to the tips of her horns.
