It is a watch to use with care, over time you will have a case full of scars and a new strap that fades. The gwg 1000 was like a tractor wheel, this is like a sub wheel. It's all marketing, a mudmaster is used without fear. This watch is for taking the subway to the office, for city people who have money. It's a way to sell, but it's not a mudmaster just a good watch

I have them both and gwg 2000 is as good as gwg 1000. They are both rugged and tough watches that you can use on any situation without The fear of breaking them.
