Man, what a gorgeous piece this collab ended up being. Love the blue tones and the negative display. My dad used to own one of this (the classic, of course) and I remember loving playing with the buttons and the settings when I was little, with my dad by my side. Would love to buy one, but I’m currently out of funds. Love the review man, thanks for making me remember some good memories!

The 6900 was my first G shock more than 20 years ago and I still have that one and wear it. Actually in my collection I have two of them (The other is the metal golden ediction) and I agree with you it's truly iconic but I must confess that my heart is beating for the square type. Anyway I like your channel and it's always a pleasure to see your reviews . Good job !

Love the hits of pastel blue accents all around the watch. DW6900 has always been my favourite model since young too. Felt like a top secret agent with the circular timers, makes me relive my childhood!

I often don't care about many of the G-Shock collaborations, but the simplicity of this one is great! That colored inside band adds a nice dimension.

I've always been a big fan of the g- shock line. They're functional, look great and rugged enough for everyday wear without having to worry as much about it being damaged.

Great review!! I’m a huge fan of Bamford, although missed out on picking up this watch on line. Bamford have taken a simple watch and with a few simple touches produced something incredible!! I hope this isn’t the last we see of them.

My first watch ever was a black G-shock, although a different model. Sadly, I lost it while backpacking in Australia. This black Bamford reminds me of my lost watch, whilst having blue accents which is my favorite color! It's really nice! 👍

G-shock wearer 25+ years along with my 13 Yr old who is building up his own collection.Personally,I don't have any 1 fav style nor model,but I am always on the hunt for some rare,overseas editions or a Collab that I like(non hype).Some Collabs work,some are just lazy.Missed out online,and live in Scotland so no retailer stock up our way. This Model in Matt Black with the iconic Bamford Blue just works with its little hits on the Sub Dials,additional branding on the Strap,the finish on the Button Pushers,Clasp and Case Back are an added bonus.Simple,Clean,yet with a dash of Pop,a Collab done well,for all us avid fans of G-Shock & Bamford. The iconic DW-6900, even from afar, will always be instantly recognizable. Form and function melded together. Quintessential, in my opinion. This reference will always have a special place in my heart because like you and George Bamford, the DW-6900 is the first G-Shock I've owned.

About 15 years ago I decided to get a casio g shock as my first watch. Since then I have fell in love with these watches and decided to expand my collection. I now have casio watches and wear a different one each day off the week except from sunday. Im been looking for one more watch to finally complete my 7 day collection. Even though I'm more of a fan of the 5600's design, the blue colour accents on this model definitely make it look more appealing. Regardless of my preference for 5600's, I believe one of these should be in everyone's G-Shock collection.

This one reminds me the time when I saw the first G-shock add in some Czech magazine. For quite a long time, I prefered to to wear mechanical watches, later on smart watches, but last year, some sentiment started and I started again with the Gs :) My all time fav. model is 5610 (the older version), but I also have one bluetooth (GBD-800) and ofcourse, one metal Casioak. And it seems, it will not be my last G :) I really like the simplicity of colors of this one - plus - the 1995 nostalgy. I almost here some Prodigy song behind...
