Güttler Prismatic rollers are a proven solution for seedbed preparation and consolidation, for vigorous growth and higher yields in grassland and arable.
The Güttler roller synonymous with the 'sheep hoof print' effect - kneading the surface with 305 prisms points / m­² ensure a firm seedbed beneath a loose crumbly surface.
The unique Güttler ring sets have wedge shaped Prism Points that consolidate deeply radiating in each direction. The ring sets are self cleaning in wet conditions, allowing use throughout the year.
The crumbly aerated surface with finer soil firmed at seed level underneath, allows water to drain away without surface capping, yet allowing moisture retention beneath the surface, while preventing wind erosion in dry conditions.
Güttler Prismatic rollers are widely used in arable for rolling arable crops, to provoke tillering in springtime, and for catch crops.
A big advantage of Güttler Prismatic rollers is that they are equally at home in grassland and gallops for preparing the seedbed, incorporating and consolidating the grass seed - stitching and full reseeds. They are often used to level and repair poaching, prove tillering and broadleaf weed control.
