Man... between the sand dunes and it surviving a dunk, the G Wagon is one impressive vehicle. Sure, they cost a LOT... but the sand dune launches? VERY FEW vehicles engineered for sand do as well as this G Wagon. Some pretty impressive driving on those dunes as well. I really wondered if he was gonna roll it. NOPE.

My dad was a Korean War veteran and him and his friends started up a jeep club in 1955 of all veterans named the Fontana Land Rovers in Fontana, California and we never had a person with a Land Rover in the club, we would have people that were on holiday from England, Australia, Great Britain and Canada come out and want to see some Land Rovers in the US. They were never really disappointed with the club though. Any which way you need to see the video that it shows clips of where he took it out jumped at the sand dunes. Any which way take care and fun watching someone move of his videos.

They are tough machines, I had a 1980s one, drove a bit like a tractor, used it for off-road recovery. However it was SLOW, hitting 60mph was a challenge but I did drag a 18 tonne truck sideways with it.

The old ones were obviously very different vehicles but it feels like Mercedes tried to stick to keeping them tough and usable whilst also slapping in a big V8 and making them luxury inside. Once Cody fixes the g wagon I’d like for him to do some actual off roading with it climbing some rocks and hitting some mud to see how it well it does in those environments then set it on fire lol. It would be badass if he did some trails to the top of a mountain then ran it off of said mountain.
