My brother Elton and I got to meet the ledendary brothers of Gospel Music; Walter and Edwin Hawkins, in the 80's backstage, after a concert at the Hopewell Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey. As I returned home, I searched for the song, I was not acquainted with it. I proceeded to play it about a thousand times and saturated my being with the anointing found in these words. The best gospel artist of my time, I loved him dearly and grew up on he and Edwins music. I first saw them in concert 39 years ago in DC.
