That's how you do a review! My daughter has the G9000 and I think the sound quality is very good. Also, it isolates external sound. I found out it's great for music. But then again, I am no sound expert and I am not very demanding with sound quality, too. The design is better than G2000's, too, IMO. I was planning to get me my own G9000, but after this review, I am going for the G2000. Both headsets are priced practically the same here where I live. I spend hours on the PC and I need a comfortable phone.

The $10 headsets are probably either a scam or really low qaulity. I suggest just going to Amazon for both, the g2000 price is $37.99 while im righting this and The g9000 probably won't be too much higher on amazon either. Hope this helps

You are probably being scammed. Got my kotion each g2000 (blue) for $10 and it's the same as the one that got reviewed. I did the "ultimate headphones test" on yt and it passed with flying colors. In your case, It's either a ripoff or they're pricing it too high.

I haven't seen a pro version before, I have found 2 versions of this headset however one has 1 cable for both headphones and mic, and the other has 2 separate cables one for headset and one for mic, I would recommend whichever one your computer takes, if you are not sure see if your computer has 2 coloured ports if so then get the 2 cables if not get 1 cable, if you for some reason don't know the ports then newer computers almost always have only 1 port

For those of you that cant get mic to work - The USB part is not a mic, it just turns the lights on and stuff. I tried everything to get the mic to work out of just 1 single connector...you need to get a splitter...that turns one connector into two, so you can plug it into the headphone jack and the mic jack...You can probably find one for under $1 somewhere....Wasted an hour on this shit, do not know why they didnt include it in box..

I have an old G2000 and I have just checked it for you. Yes you can. So ideally you can charge your controller on the first slot, have the sound come out from the controller slot, and then use the second usb port to turn the LED on. I am looking here to see if I should upgrade to the G9000.

I didn't do the research and now I'm upset. My G2000's broke from long use, so I bought the g9000 not thinking much about it, thinking it would be an upgrade. I hate the new cushions, It clamps down pretty hard against my relatively big head, and most importantly, my friends describe my microphone as "sounding like I am stuck in a hurricane". After listening to myself they weren't too far off, because there was SO much white noise. Not sure if my headphones were just faulty, or if it's really just that bad. Anyways, sending my 9000's back and going back to the 2000.
