Great demo. Do you know where I can get (and what size) a replacement screw? The screw got stripped while taking it out.

Got it off, but now I can't get it reassembled. Any tips or videos? The front part won't seem to go all the way forward now

Just try to work it in there there is a Groove it need to get into

completely different process for the front. you have to undo the clips for the button in the handle.
