Gostaria de saber onde comprar esse produto de alinhamento para caster com os pratos de alinhamento. Já enviei e-mail para a fábrica e não obtive resposta. Sou do Brazil. Se houver como comprar através de seus distribuidores eu agradeço. Obrigado.

Chingon esto opino que es mejor q un aparato Lasser. En última instancia, el aparato no hace el trabajo, lo hace el mecánico.

I would like to know where to buy this alignment product to caster with alignment plates. I already sent an email to the factory and got no response. I'm from Brazil. If there is a way to buy through your distributors I would appreciate it. Thanks.

if you visit the product page for G4008 on the Gunson website (www.gunson.co.uk/Product/G4008/Trakrite-Wheel-Alignment-Gauge) you can see a list of online sellers who you can buy this product through.

Do I need to turn tables to utilize the gauge? I just need to get a general idea of what the camber is at with the aftermarket kit I have installed.

No turntables necessary - watch the video, it is all explained.

what is set at for astra 06 rear camber ??

Hi Mick, unfortunately we don't have any data for this vehicle. We have found a figure on Google, but we've not been able to corroborate it (which is why we're not sharing it here). If you are unsure about the camber/or alignment, it would be wise to get the car professionally checked out. Sorry we couldn't be of more assistance.

It depends if that is what you want.. I think most cars come with +1 camber or around that.. BMW X5's have a high rear positive camber from the factory.

Hi, I have just purchased the camber gauge & I am having a problem, i first mounted it on the wheel hub as you recommend & noted the reading, I then attached it to the brake disc (which is brand new) as mentioned in the tools instruction leaflet by going through one of the holes & I got a totally different reading, So my obvious question is which reading do I go for?. Oh & I hadn't raised the car at any point.
@TheToolconnection9 жыл бұрын
For the readings to vary one of the faces must be out of true. A lump or bolt head sticking up on the hub face perhaps. The other possibility is that you have accidently adjusted the main level when moving the tool. The instructions also suggest the use of a flat bar to span the wheel rim to give a surface that is at the same angle as the camber.

The Tool Connection Limited Thanks for your reply, The brake discs were brand new & fitted yesterday,After scratching my head a bit I think that the probable cause might be that the wheel/hub bearing cap although having a flat top is slightly out of true, So I opted for the disc method instead,,,,,,,,, Just one other question, I take it you take the measurement from the middle of the camber bubble?,,,cheers & a great tool by the way!.
@TheToolconnection9 жыл бұрын
no1froggy Middle of the bubble, yes.

+Ray Desfor but both the wheel and the disc are mounted on it. in fact the rim face is sitting right on the disc center, so i don't think it is possible.
