If you go back and look at Joe's history as a politician, he deserves nothing more than a prison cell. This man has done nothing for this country except for getting rich in crooked deals. A rocking chair in a prison cell maybe. He isn't innocent by any means. I agree that someone likely put him up to running for president. I just don't believe for one single second that he wanted to be president, at this point in his life. The other options probably wouldn't play the puppet as easily as Joe. So I believe Jill is at fault for making him play the part, but she's obviously enjoying the times when she's not having to babysit her creepy hubby.
