Beautiful rendition. The singer is aware of the storey behind as Hazrat Amir Khusro sang this infront of Hazrat Nizamuddin aulia who was in grief due to his nephew's demise. He sang his nazm during the harvest of Sarson ( raag bahar) as the entire surroundings of Delhi looks yellow of the colors of sarson fields. This has become customary to sing to harvest and known as Basant. One can notice,she appropriately wearing yellow flowers in her wrists. Love and greetings from USA!

This program is still alive. It is shot in walled city of Lahore. And, this program is being patronzied by Yusuf Salahuddin sahab , grandson of Allama Mohammad Iqbal - yes..
