Gabby has an awful lot to say for somebody who was absolute garbage the last four seasons he was at Aston Villa for and stole a living. He got relegated whilst with Aston Villa playing hardly any part when they were struggling or even helping them to bounce back up from the Championship. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but I think in this instance he's better off keeping his mouth shut.

I’m not a fan of Sheffield anyway and I find it quite funny their manager’s name is synonymous with their predicament, but if Gabby started for them they won’t even get a point, its like playing with 10 men from minute 0 for 10 games

whoa slow your role the sheffield keeper kept that game from being a 10-0 murder job. he had a few amazing saves and arsenals goals were not his fault. the sheffield defense is absolutely shocking this season and they dont deserve to be in the EPL.

What were they expecting? You can't breathe with Talksport around nobody else is surprised at Burnley, Luton and Sheff Utd who were way up against it - common sense. This kind of attitude cultivates change and media outlets start to parrot it. Seeing as Gabby is using maths, I wonder if he understands that 3 teams mathematically must be relegated... I personally don't think their chairman expected to be playing Premier league football this year. Despite him being a quatari businessman he's actually skint. From the blades fans I speak to in Sheffield they think they got a couple transfers right that got them back into the top flight. They sold one and the other was on loan from city. But in reality with this squad now they can't compete in the prem. The chairman took all the promotion money for himself and hes looking to sell the club, so no new transfers either. Its too bad for the blades but its likely they will drop.

Sheff Utd and Forest are 2 awful teams to watch in the prem currently. Both managed by managers who are completely out their depth.. At least Sheff Utd haven’t spent £263m like Forest have!!!

This is why luton may end up being the best of the promoted 3. We can go direct and get physical... burnley and sheff utd played nice passing football but once you get to the prem so does everyone else...but better.

Wilder didnt get sacked he had a massive fallout with the poundland prince we had to sell the 2 players or they just walk on a free !! We cant compete with the Premier teams they have had the money to buy better players every season we have spent about £35m we are in a league of 5-7 teams at the bottom and if we can pick up anything from the top half teams that a bonus and Yes the players should fight with some PRIDE ⚔️

Wilder worked wonders with what was essentially a League 1 team in 2019/20. However, they started to get found out when the season resumed after lockdown and then were outclassed the following season.

Sheffield actually play well. Gave Man City a game towards the end, Spurs could only beat time after the 90, United clearly struggled against them. THEY ARE NOT GETTING RESULTS, YES, but they are not ABOMINABLE...Those players have fight in them

I think Gabby is being harsh, we forget the prem is the best league in the world and gets more and more competitive every season lower teams get stronger every season and anybody can give you a game. Sheff u have had no investment even worse they had to sell. If this was Italy, Spain, Germany they would be getting wins/draws but it's not. it's the best most competitive league in the world.

Sheffield United on paper is possibly the worst team in the EPL. They got torn apart in the summer transfer window. At least with Luton Town they can play ugly with hoof ball and get a few wins especially more useful in later half of the season games. Burnley looks like Norwich City under Daniel Farke looks great in Championship but get shredded in EPL.

At the moment most of the Championship top ten would beat Sheffield United quite comfortably. Their squad is simply not Premier League standard, it's not even top 6 Championship standard.
