Wow! Beautiful light and many windows, great potential...I wish I had a room like this! I understand it's for Airbnb but if you can put some plants in there it would be beautiful for sure and would hide some of the view if you hang them! Can't wait to see the end result! 🌿

Reglaze the "backup" shower! It's a cheap way to pick a different color, and it pretty easy and inexpensive to do with a solid enclosure like the one you've got

I live in Hungary, Europe, and here, if you work as a freelancer (as I do), you are only allowed to get a loan until the monthly payment doesn't reach 25% of your monthly income. which is ridiculously low...I save 60% of my income! and of course I would rent out my future properties, but of course that doesn't make any difference since the bank can only calculate with your past average incomes. i make slightly over 2000euros a month after taxes, which leaves me at a maximum loan of 500euros a month, meaning the biggest property i can buy with a loan (calculating with a 20year-loan), will worth 100k euros maximum. its definitely not enough for any househacking. it may be cheaper here than in the states, but the smallest duplex, with 2*1 bedrooms will still cost you at least 200-250k...for 100k you can get a studio apartment in the city, which I did before, but I just cannot figure out anything for a step forward. do you guys have any ideas helping me out?
