The screen call to McKinnon on that big 3rd down in the fourth wasn't an Andy call. Pat called the audible. I think on that last drive of regulation Mahomes was making a lot of the calls.

Hell of a season!! Unfortunately Niners didn’t pull it thru. It was a hyped game. It’s always bang bang Niner game. I’ve lived thru SB 47 loss nothing hurts me more than that one. That loss broke me dawg. Harbaugh said last Friday to admitting he made a mistake by not running the ball twice to get 5 yards for the SB winning TD. In hindsight he said that’s his biggest regret. Congrats to the Chiefs man. This SB loss didn’t hurt neither did the 2020 one man. Up and up onto next season 🙌

I live in northern Illinois about an hour out of Chicago. I felt bad for the 49ers seeing their crestfallen faces. But, I was so happy for my Chiefs. My Chiefs? Well, you see KC is my hometown and I moved out of KC in high school when my dad got transferred. You love the team you grew up with. Just like I love the Royals. I enjoy White Sox and Cubs but, Royals are my team. Not crazy for the Bears but, love the Chiefs. It's a lifelong thing. I find Mahomes to be one of the most fun guys to watch ever. I can see the MJ thing. Both are amazing leaders who make watching the game so much fun. It is not so much the winning as their play. Such amazing ways. I'll take a Kermit the frog voice any day! lol

That play where chis Jones went unblocked isn't on 68. The rg 74 says they had the right call but decided to slide left on instinct instead of coaching.... fml

Just glad to see Andy Reid having success. And the 9ers losing in a similar way to the Eagles is kinda funny considering how much trash they've been talking all season. On to the next season.

Shanahan sold yet again. Got a world class RB in your backfield and you don't even use him in the second half. Shanahan is an amazing coach and will always compete deep into the playoffs, but he will never win a SB.

I was mad at the coaching more than anything ngl. The way Kyle seems to abandon the run even when throwing isn't working just blows my mind. Like you have the OPOY and you don't use him? Especially when the oline can't even give Purdy time to throw? I still think Wilkes needs to go but I'll give him some slack, defense did their thing for most of the game, offense just couldn't capitalize. Welp, here's till next season! Much love from Cali!

That spin into Jawan Taylor with 6:30 to go isn't a hold. You cant get caught doing a spin and just stand there to get bailed out by a hold call lol. If he held him as he ran away that'd be different but he pushed him down

They missed a lot of plays. The All-22 tape shows so many opportunities that were missed. Purdy missed at least a dozen. I love Purdy. I have 3 of his jerseys, but the stage was too big this time. “The QB School” KZbin channel goes over this All-22 tape and he shows things he doesn’t see or understand why Purdy is doing them. Even Purdys footwork is off and different from every other game he’s played, this year. It’s a really good analysis of what was missed. That Andy Reid play at the end, is called “The Corndog,” and Mahomes even said they used it last year as well.

The last play was similar to corndog but it wasnt corndog its called tom and jerry and for corndog it was the motion then cut back thats but for tom and jerry its the same motion and cut back but with a mckinnon shovel option to the left to go up the middle and possibly score but since they bosa and others crashed to mckinnon and they weren’t playing good defense on the edge it left hardman wide open as if it was corndog

Yoooo I missed it twice. Live and in my recap. It’s only when I was editing I noticed Ayuik dropped his man and was wide open. But purdy had no time at all.

Imagine how pissed the 49er's are at Buffalo. If the Bills hadn't thrown their hissy fit about both teams getting the ball in overtime, SF likely would have won.

U don't know the overtime rules if the team only scores a field goal the other team gets a play they have to score a touchdown and the 49ers only got a field goal in overtime

@theresaturner8340 Before March, 2022, the rules were "first team to score wins." But when that caused the Bills to lose to the Chiefs in OT during the Wild Card playoff game, Buffalo threw a fit and lobbied to get the playoff OT rules changed. In that game, the Chiefs won the coin toss, received the ball, and scored a touchdown to win the game without Buffalo ever getting the ball in OT. Buffalo argued that they should have at least gotten a chance to possess the ball, so the NFL changed it this last season. If that rule was still in effect during this year's Super Bowl, SF would have won instead of the Chiefs. Under the old rule, it didn't matter that SF only got a field goal, they would have won.

After these type games you here this bitch that bitch but you see it as it actually is & that's teams can't make the little mistakes they just eliminate downs & that opportunity to win. You all shouldn’t be so hard on Kyle and Purdy. I read a comment saying get rid of Kyle but he has taken you all to the big game twice that’s worth almost as much as winning it because you have a chance every time. As far as missing throws, so did Mahomes, that’s just part of football. I live in KC so I’m not even a 49ers fan. Just saying you guys have what you need you just need to not meet Mahomes in the Super Bowl lol.

I subscribed and this might sound racist, but I don't care; listening to men with wisdom delivered differently because of culture is too often dismissed. I'm as white as you get and consider Shannon Sharp along with Doug Peterson as men who inspire me to be a better father, husband and friend.
