Hi Gabriel! I really like these type of videos. I usually put these in the background while I'm training (I don't really like music much) and it almost makes me feel like i'm training along side you. Anyways, love the videos and much love!

This has been very interesting and entertaining! I wish I could have had this 45 years ago & it would have been very interesting.Trying to extrapolate the weight percentages from full / max to power movements is one of the most complex things due to mobility in the advanced age classes. Strength vs speed to proper position become more challenging so working with weights that emphasize speed and mobility for proper technique seems to be more critical, especially for injury prevention and recovery. Thank You for all your guidance and inspiration to making a come back!

when I record training sessions, we plan to post like that, 1 video full, and probably 2 shorter ones like a summary

Great idea to promote your app I'm sold! If I have a solid strength base from powerlifting but am relatively new to the weightlifting movements would it be better for me to start out with the All Levels program or would the intermediate Super Training program be a better fit?

depends how many days per week you can train :)
