Skins is one of my favourite shows ever. It was amazing to see all these characters grow and generation 1 and 2 definitely were the best. Generation 3 was great as well but in my opinion you just could empathize better with the characters from generation 1 and 2. I think what most people liked about the show was that you could see how the characters grew up and not only them, you grew up with them as well

i disagree with you I personally think generation 2 (season 3 and 4) are easier to connect to. I have a strange connection to skins and that is because of the characters from generation 2. But I certainly agree that you grow up with them x

I was actually disappointed at people because they thought Pure was pure shite. I loved it because we all know how trapped Cassie was in seasons 1 & 2, and it's really nice seeing her fighting her struggles and making the right decisions, no matter how hard they may be. I LOVED what they did with Cassie in "PURE". She's always been my favorite character, but they gave her such an endearing update. They've always treated Cassie with a sense of overwhelming innocence. In "PURE" she'd grown up, but not enough to lose the wide-eyed innocence and her search for something Of Her Own.
