There is something about Gabrielle's energy that just knows me off my feet. I cannot describe it. Her calm confidence is stirring energies in me that I just put on the back burner. I cannot thank you enough for this interview.

I agree wholeheartedly Rochelle! This interview is one of those things that has changed my life (once again). It was very moving and so helpful for anyone who may have experienced abuse and for all of us who experience and get unnecessarily gripped by fear. The questions the Lewis asks are brave and insightful and enabled Gabrielle to fully express and share critical learning. That learning is available to all of us. Thank you so much!

Classic codependent. We have trouble asking for help. We tend to want to fix people by changing/overwhelming ourselves, and if you’re an empath you take on the additional burden of other people’s negative energy. My faith healed me. Namaste

Beautiful Gabby!!!! As a psychotherapist, I can say that your experience is very common - regarding not remembering trauma. And, I'm thrilled to hear about you speaking to this because delayed memories have been shunned by many professionals. Repressed memories are REAL. You did a great service by sharing your story. GO GABBY!

Gabby I am from CT and live in CT. I was magically guided to your book, the universe has your back, as I was walking thru the isles in Barnes & Noble. Your book has been one of my life saviors last year when my entire life fell apart and I was in the survival mode... ever since one of my dreams is to meet you in person and have a lunch with you! I even wrote that on my vision board!

Thank you so much to Lewis and Gabby for this beautiful interview. Since I discovered Gabby's work last month and read her book, each new interview that I watch connect the dots in my mind and brings me clarity; especially this simple idea of shifting the energy back to love and surrendering. It's hard to do, but I intend to stay committed! So grateful :)

What a lovely surprise this interview was. I am feeling love and inspiration coming through. You were BOTH awesome and your openness will help so many people. I feel moved to face my own traumas, allow myself to get quiet and listen, allow my intuition and mediumship, write, and address my masculinity and how it is holding myself as well as my husband and son back. Gabby, I have a couple of your books and love your messages, however sometimes I have felt an energy that I couldn't flow with. (I say this with love and respect, and it is an energy that I have too) You are like a different person, there is a calm and sereneness exuding from you, there is a tension that is gone from your face and how you speak and it is so magnetic. Thanks for the wonderful interview, I am grateful and going to move forward with my own truth.

Gosh, needed this sooooooo much right now. That question about the suffering in Syria/3rd world countries and how the fear in the individual is really what it all boils down to, had been laying soooooo heavy on my heart that it had been slowing my own growth this week. The answer given lightened the weight I was feeling immensely. So appreciative of this content.

I only saw Gabrielle in one interview before this one. Marie Forleo went to her house and interviewed her. I think the interview was about manifestation. And I felt like Gabrielle was too strong and too in control. Too closed fist. Seeing her in this interview, she is more calm. She feels lighter. It's amazing to see people's transformation! I'm totally going to see more of Gabrielle now. Thank you for sharing your stories, Lewis and Gabrielle!

This is a great interview. In our experience using the Body and Emotion Code, TMJ and trauma are real energies that need to be released using Applied Kinesiology ad Magnets. AHE stands Addictive Heart Energy which plagues the addict to possibly relapse and its created by heart trauma before the addiction or during it. Someone who smokes for 15 years has trapped emotions that trigger her to smoke and if she has other traumas created the AHE to keep her there. Pain in the body is the results of trapped emotions neglected. She has grown so much and this interview is so transparent and empowering! Thanks for the post Lewis! I am starting to watch all your interviews! Emanuel Z. CECP, CBCP

I would NEVER believe is true somebody who says 'They would not change the fact that the abuse happened' ~ I UNDERSTAND that there is acceptance, forgiveness, healing process a lesson, openness to share etc...come on, if given the chance not change it? Who wouldn't want to save that kid from such a horrible event... PAST is PAST and the only choice is to move on, BUT in fantasy world: of course you would save a little, fragile, INNOCENT kid from something like that. Thanks for this video, I really like Gaby & you Lewis God bless you both!

I'm really interested in any talk about trauma, as I'm deep into trying to heal my own trauma right now. Lately I've been exploring shadow work, revisiting childhood trauma and attempting to integrate it and heal it. Having suppressed, painful memories resonates with me. The whole interview was beautiful, you have such a talent for asking amazing questions and creating an authentic, powerful conversation. I really relate with Gabby, she is a bit farther ahead on the path than I am and acts as a wonderful guide. I watch a lot of your podcasts, and I think that you are a great role model for what healthy masculinity looks like in our generation. You give me evidence there are good, kind men out there, so thank you for doing what you do.

Hi Lewis, I really love your interview with Gabby Bernstein, she has always so much to teach us and she is a source of inspiration for all of us. I love to hear you sharing some of your own personal stories too. You were talking about women and men being in a dance of shifting their feminine and masculine energy with one another. I recommend as a research material for your next book Dr. Pat Allen, she has a lot of experience on that topic. Good luck with your next book.
