I feel like this was the exact message I needed to hear. I’m a single mom who has been struggling, desperately, with depression and anxiety. Her message gave me hope. I can’t wait to listen to her album and delve more into my connection with the Divine. I plan on trying the Love Letter she mentioned. Hoping the pain I’m experiencing is leading me to something greater. Thank you both for your candid thoughts. You are serving this community in such a beautiful way.

I’m 4 years post partum and I turned around and realized I have no clue who I am anymore. I started listening to your podcasts and it got me on a journey et to meditating and changing my mindset. It’s been 3 months and I am starting to feel like a person again. This interview with Rachel made me feel like there is not just one path to enlightenment. Each of us have our own path and when we look within and love ourselves again you find your peace. Thank you both for a lovely session. It brightened my day and helped me on my own journey!

This is so powerful, Rachel. I once worked with a client who was consumed by the idea that she needed to ‘stay in the light’ to manifest her dreams, much like you were. She thought her negative emotions would derail her success. We worked on accepting those feelings, and the result was a deeper connection to her true self. Watching you describe that exact process of turning pain into art was like reliving her transformation. It’s a reminder that facing the darkness is the only way to truly heal and move forward.

This is so incredibly relatable! As a single mom, I have no idea where my strength comes from when I’m exhausted from working a full time job , cheering my kids on during sporting events and then maintaining my home. The exhaustion is REAL .

I listened to this while cooking breakfast for my babies. I teared up a couple times because it’s so relatable. Life can be so hard sometimes. I think we have all had our moments when we were screaming mercy. I love how Rachel was able to alchemize those experiences. Can’t wait to listen to the song !

This pain is the way forward. I am 8 months postpartum, I have suffered and continue to struggle through insomnia, PPD and PPA. I have felt alone. This has given me hope that one day in the future I will look back on this time and know that this pain is the way forward. This pain is molding me into the stronger and more resilient self I will become. Thank you Rachel for sharing your story.

I don’t know where my comment went, but I posted 2 days ago Wednesday how much of an impact Rachel’s story had on me, listening to school of greatness on my study breaks! I’m in last year of physical therapy school where theres a lot of ego and pride, and you can get caught up if you don’t take a breath and genuinely ask yourself, are there wounds in myself I need to heal? Bc what I’ve learned is this work is pure servants heart, helping people who are in so much pain and they need your guidance. I’ve realized how can I take care of others if I don’t take care of myself? And Rachel hit the nail on the head. My big take away was the list she made: what are my fears, what’s my job, what’s Gods job. I’ve made that list every day since hearing this podcast! It’s insanely helpful ❤ Also side Lewis, ‘what are the chances ‘… I receive this vinyl record? 😅

I've listened to both the previous 'pods' w rachel like no exag 10 times this yr. I find myself reverting back to those not even words but the energy. It reminds me of why I'm on this path of acheiving something grand. Funny enough, I was listening the oldest pod 2 days ago & I remember so vividly thinking that 'I wish they sat down again after all these years' all while completely not knowing that a new pod is already out. I unconsciously sensed it. but anyways, my biggest takeaway from this was the idea of radical acceptance coupled w radical optimism. faster u accept the situation u hav on hand, faster u get make a change happen. dont stuff it down. own it. feel it. not really live in the idealistic delusions of granduer but look at the task at hand. the current reality. Rachel, I'm proud of you that ur still standing drawing breath. I love u no matter what. thankyou for just being you. Lewis, I started to acknolwedge random strangers & people that I have in my own life & I can sense how much it means to ppl. I want to acknowledge u for creating such a powerful learning platform for people who want more out of life. I admire ur work of providing value to ppl. i love u man. thankyou

This is the first time I have felt compelled to even comment. Before you even spoke about the “signed copies” I was joining her group online. What a gift, as a mom of 3 and someone who experienced an abusive/toxic relationship, I have been searching for the hard-won lessons and I have watched so many of your videos. I am a student of Dr. Joe for 5 years and that’s how I found your channel/body of work. Regardless of if I “win”anything. I am grateful for your work and showing up as a great man who has created a space for men (and women) to be vulnerable and supportive. So much love.❤️ - Michelle

Such a good reminder that even ppl with all the things you wish you had - family, great career - can still feel alone. I’ve realized my sudden need to marry and have kids and feeling lonely may be coming from within. It’s hard to tell though because it is also normal to want to bond with other humans. Idk, I’ll unpack this with my therapist lol

This is a reminder that we all are capable of reaching our fullest potential exactly as we are. But it starts with accepting the way things are, by honouring our pain, not shoving it and our emotions down. By accepting that we may need help. And that suffering is not shameful when in actual reality it is the key to your alignment with your purpose. Channeling the pain towards a higher purpose. Even though it feels like everything is falling apart, it’s actually all coming together. Regardless if whilst in depression and anxiety, sleepless nights, you could not see the light, it was all leading you to exactly where you were meant to be and needed to be the most. Even at your lowest point, especially there, that’s where God needed you to be, for his plan to unfold. That is exactly where the light can find you, like a phoenix from the ashes! For the divine within you begins to emerge and it creates a ripple effect. It is truly when you surrender to the darkness and allow yourself to accept it all that your heart opens up to the truth. Let it all purge through you, cry, scream, DANCE, SING, shout!! Write, express, CREATE! So that you can become a divine container of that pain for the collective. Not being afraid of it. Thus something that surpasses all logic can be created through you. A state of deep reverence. Let it move you and all the souls who resonate with you will find you and connect with it. That is truly what it means to be an artist, a human. To be one with the universe. It was always meant to be this way! So you could shine so beautifully in your rawness and truest expression. So that the abundance that is each and every one of our birth rights can then come towards us. When we surrender and believe in our own power. One love, one heart, lets stick together and feel alright~ Bob Markey.🕊️ We are all connected. It’s all within, it always has been and will forever be. Let that sink in and keep coming back to that state of being, it is your truest self. Your higher self.❤

The only problem of this talk is she doesn't understand that manifestation needs to come hand in hand with healing. She emphasizes on the separation of the 2, which will never work. Be all ears, but manifestation does work. You just need to put your work on both side of healing and clarify what you need for real. Without Dr.Joe, as long as my strong support system I would be already dead. 🚩From the bottom suicidal heart's.
