I could be wrong but I think what she’s saying is she isn’t attracted to sis males and she sees Luna as transitioning into more masculine (possibly she’s viewing him as more sis male now), which she may be concerned about.

Yes she seems to not be attracted to her partner the more she transitions, and although they have grown into acceptance of one another. Her concern is in how long she can stay committed to a partner who is changing what she initially liked. As she referenced dating trans men before and did not want to get stuck in that “box.” .

You can't always read people's emotions by their faces though, some people use very little facial expressions but that doesn't mean they're not experiencing deep emotions. For me as an autistic person, often people will read my face in a way that I'm not feeling when I'm experiencing a lot. To process everything and then make the expected face to go with it when I'm not naturally built for that takes so so so much performance and effort
