I really like your videos especially when you crunch those Mortgage numbers which are incredible. I wonder how those variable loans are currently affected by yet again another 50 basis points Oct.26th. When I watched the top Economist of Canada Rosenberg he stated that a 1% rise in interest rates would pop the housing bubble, which he also called the "biggest bubble in the Universe". So, with more rate hikes on the horizon I wonder what's next?

High inflation = less spending = lower demand. There are lots of metrics that suggests yay or nay, but I think the key indicator is JOBS. Walmart, Target, Netflix and many others have announced layoffs or a hiring freeze. Human nature being what it is... expect savings to burn, while CC debt mounts. Also, time is needed for supply chain to get fixed.
