You've done some conditioning vids before. Can we get a breakdown of how you structure your conditioning in conjunction with training? Like how do you do blocks of strength + conditioning during a fight camp? eg. how many times a week kickboxing technique vs how many times endurance, etc.

You know, when watching actual fights, one cannot really appreciate how crisp and fluid and accurate fighters move and strike, but to see a pro fighter move and strike outside of a fight, in a scenario such as this, one can appreciate why a pro fighter is a pro fighter. Great vid. Have you uploaded, by any chance, any videos on stance variations depending on body type, strike/defense, etc. ?

Really great checklist, thanks. I finally feel like I'm starting to get hook mechanics down and comfortable because of your example over my time watching you.

Hey coach, what is your opinion on rhythm stepping? Got told off by my coach tdy and also did some homework on the cons of it, so do u have any drills that can be done to get rid of this bad habit😅
