I agree, I loved her Ghost of Tsushima series because it was clear how much she enjoyed it. And I will certainly watch every episode of Control for the same reason, and I actually love all the exploring, reading papers, watching films, listening tapes in this game.

There was another Alan Wake reference. When Langston was talking about missing a movie, he said it was an Alex Casey movie. Which was the main character of the book series of the same name that Alan Wake wrote.

EDIT: I love that at 58:40, you see Gab's general conern over a D-class personnel relegated to stare at the Fridge. Wholesome. I feel like lore-heavy games are better suited for KZbin uploads instead of streaming. Everyone else seem to blast past the lore and readings, so I feel that your playthrough has that "take your time" and "see what's up" attitude. I'm sure that even if the interest wanes for now, people will be looking back at your playthroughs after say...a new Alan Wake videogame comes out or you do a revisit of some other games just like this. I'm so glad that you're playing this game and are continuing to play and upload normal episodes of it! I've seen people try and stream this and they just get completely lost and sidetracked by their chat that the game loses most of its story-telling, world-building, and lore power. So thank you for choosing not to stream it and just continue playing it normally. It means a lot. Around 20:00, yeah, the Alan Wake easter eggs in this game are all over the place! I love how Remedy tied both games together to share the same universe. I hope you find more of the easter eggs! Playing Alan Wake before you play the AWE DLC for this game would help to refresh your memory! At 33:00, Jesse was saying that the big dude you fought was Salvador, the Head of Security (Simon Arish's boss). You got his ID after you defeated him. For some reason, his name never actually showed up near his health bar at the bottom of the screen once the boss fight started. At 40:05, you highlighted the "Benicoff TV Object of Power" Document, but never actually read it. You read the "Anchor Supplement" Document, then exited the menu. You didn't get a power from the Anchor because it's an Altered Item and Altered Items cannot be bound in the parautilitarian sense like Objects of Power can. If you want more House Memories to upgrade Grip, you'll need to do Bureau Alerts or Board Countermeasures in the Executive Sector, as House Memories only drop in that sector. Each material is dropped in a specific sector. You can see which sector it is found in by highlighting the material in the Assets menu. The number in the material's description dictates how rare it is, with 1 being a commonly found material, with 2 and 3 being more rare and uncommon. Some materials are not found in sectors specifically, but are rather obtained via boss fights or via other more unique ways. It looks like you did end up getting enough House Memories near the end of the video just by exploring Executive though, which is good! Around 58:00 when Arish is talking about Marshall, remember how she left earlier after you found the Black Rock Prism for her to fabricate more HRAs? She said she had to go check on something. If you want to find out more about Marshall and her whereabouts, you'll have to do the first DLC called The Foundation. I love how much you cared for Phillip. So sweet. Also, you had very little health going into the fight against Former the first time because you weren't looking at the fridge and so it was hurting you. You were so sad that you didn't save Phillip that you didn't realize that you were being damaged. Definitely glad you figured out the luck puzzle and got the golden suit! There are a lot more outfits to find in the game. Good luck with getting them all if you do haha! :) 1:30:00 "I wish the thermos was in one of the cells..." Well, maybe if you look hard enough... ;) Thanks for playing this. I had so much fun watching! This is one of my favorite games of all time.

I loved Ghost Of Tsushima series, watched every episode from start to finish. Control is the best game you could have picked after that. Please continue this till the end, take your time and enjoy it thoroughly. It might not be the most popular, but I think people who watch it are really enjoying it. And there might be some people finding this later on, as there really isn't much content about this awesome game.

The Former fight is really interesting. It's relationship with the Board... the fact the Astral Plane there has no black pyramid and is just dark instead of the normal bright Astral Plane we normally go to. Really interesting lore concepts.

Tip! When flying you hit a to start dropping then you hit a again while falling to switch to slow falling. You can the switch as needed: fast slow fast slow, etc. You can also evade in the air to reach father areas

To be honest, this game is amazing, I love Remedy's games and Control is such a treat for us fans of all Remedy has done in the past 20 years, I just love Sam Lake's writing and the work all of the peeps at Remedy do, and this game clearly shows why Remedy is such a great developer. Even after having completed the whole game and the DLCs, I'm enjoying this playthrough series, so keep up the good work, it's nice to watch other people reacting to the crazy stuff in this game, haha, some of the conversations are really funny. It feels almost criminal how underrated this game is. It has easily cemented itself in my top 5 gaming universes, especially since I have a soft spot for Alan Wake. So the DLC of this game that involves Alan Wake was such a sweet bonus. But it’s not just here. All over, there are still a LOT of people who don’t know this game exists, which is sad. You and CJU are the only Let’s Players I watch that have played this game so I hope you continue, but first and foremost I truly hope you are enjoying it. I found your channel through your Ghost of Tsushima videos, and I’ve really been enjoying your channel since, but I got very excited when I saw you were doing Control! I got it close to release and loved it but got distracted in the middle, and seeing you were doing this (and all the DLC was released) caused me to finish the game myself. It’s great seeing how differently you play and some of the lore tidbits I missed, even though I tried to be thorough! Just FYI I had a couple of parts that I failed a dozen plus times and a friend told me that they added cheats in the main Gameplay options. I doubt you’ll need them but just so you know they’re there. I turned on Invulnerability to finish and it still felt intense but I was happy to have it. They also have more subtle things like damage scaling, as the biggest problem I found was how much burst damage there is in the game. Sorry the video interest has waned but I hope you’ll keep going. If you stick to the main story there’s not a ton more to go, I think you’d be able to do it in 2-3 videos. But also the side stuff and lore is part of what makes the game so great so I’m hoping you’ll take your time and enjoy it. Also wanted to say how much I enjoy watching your playthrough videos. I find a lot of people who say/react to nothing and others that talk over everything and you have one of the best, most satisfying balances for my tastes. It’s just right!

Though it is just my opinion since I like to complete any game I play, but I think for games like this the developers want you to discover everything you can since they put so much time in breaking down the lore and hiding it around the world they created. This just keeps getting better and better the further you get into the game, I can't understand why there isn't as many people watching any more. Some people just don't know a good thing when they have it lol. I must admit I was confused af at the beginning and wasn't sure if I'd watch much more, but I guess it had to be confusing to start with because Jessie was confused to start with after walking in off the street and being confronted with all this weird thingd, so we had to learn along with her. levels 4-5 with flight will find many good things. and there are documents all over the place they just require to poke your nose into every nook and cranny remember you can no life into the air so always look up as well when exploring and rub Jesse's face against every inch of the building to find not just all the notes and such but all the boxes with stuff to upgrade your gun I think the thermos is in a cell you just have to find it. which is much easier now that you have levitate
