This song was sung in Japanese because this was at a concert in Japan (all 4 of them could speak Japanese, but Jisoo is probably the best among them, and she is very popular in Japan). This is a cover of a classic Japanese song for the winter/Christmas season. BLACPINK does not have a leader, by their own choice (very unusual in the K-pop industry). Jisoo, being the oldest in the group and being well adored and respected by her members, is considered to be the “emotional leader”, keeping relationships harmonious within the group. The unofficial leader of the group is probably Jennie, who was the longest trainee, and who helped a great deal each of the 3 members to adapt to the trainee life when they first joined (each of them has acknowledged this and stated her gratitude to Jennie publicly many many times).

0:52 i think it's either you've been mistaking someone's information or someone did gave you a wrong info about JISOO... FYI, there's no official leader in BLACKPINK... It's not because they didn't need such a common role but it's more like they known for having such an individual specialty... to keep it short : - JISOO mainly known for her good sense of social-management, she knows how to properly talk in a public event and she kept consistently form a good bond with a wider range of people from different fields and eventhough NONE of BP member is related by blood but JISOO always been taking care her co-member just like a real family... - JENNIE mainly known for her deep observation toward business-management, had so much awareness toward fashion-industry, naturally has tons of diversity when it comes to a singing technique and she's also one of few BP members who's heavily grew up within hip-hop culture - ROSÉ (your favorite) she is massively known for her genuine love toward music as a whole thing, known for having such a wide range of vocal's technique, known for having such a unique way on how she perceiving the musicality of someone else and she's also such a good listener with a lot of thoughtful mindsets - LISA globally recognized as one of the best dancers in the industry, also known for her sharpy-ness toward dance-choreography, a very sweet human being but at the same time she could switch-up into such a badassery when it comes to her stage persona and also known for one of few impactful international artists who's successfully breaks a lot of the 'stiffness' within Kpop industry ROLE/POSITION - JISOO : VISUAL / LEAD VOCALIST - JENNIE : MAIN RAPPER / LEAD VOCALIST - ROSÉ : MAIN VOCALIST / LEAD DANCER - LISA : MAIN DANCER/ LEAD RAPPER / SUB VOCALIST NOTE: - In Kpop industry (especially for BLACKPINK's case), a member who got chosen as the 'MAIN' role is simply means that those person slightly has some superior individual-traits comparing to the member who got chosen as the 'LEAD' role. To be more precise it doesn't necessarily means that the other member is better or worse over another but it's more like each BP member particularly has their own specialty or has a very distinct individual ability on several musical-aspects. Those position were permanently established as a result from their monthly evaluation back then from before they becoming BLACKPINK but then again all 4 of them just remains as an all rounder artist... - As for the term "VISUAL", the member who's got chosen for these specific role was meant to be categorized as the most preferable 'figure' based on their natural facial-feature which even their overall beauty as a whole thing is also technically being considered as the 'perfect' representative of the true natural Korean's beauty...
