Make the laws more severe. Try to run - vehicle impounded and license revoked. Multiple same violations - revoke license . If you state you have no license - vehicle impounded even you try to show license later. These are stiff penalties but the ones in place are clearly not working.

I keep thinking, if they only wear their helmet properly and also have their shoes on (even if they don't have a license, not a good thing though) they won't get stopped by MMDA. The problem with these people is that they are aware that what they are doing is wrong but does it anyway. I always see this common pattern in GA's videos. Not wearing helmet or shoes = No license + Towed.

Unfortunately there are too many riders or drivers that are overly confident in their own skills. They forget that even if you're a perfect driver, someone else can cause you to crash, or someone else could crash straight into you. That's the time they'd realize the importance of wearing the right gear. Instead of going home with some bruises and cuts, they end up spending weeks in the hospital - if they're lucky enough to survive.

I remember when they flagged down a father who was riding with his small child - both without helmets. I showed him the video from just days earlier, which included a mother and child bumping into a pedestrian and then the little girl smashing her head on the road. He just said "yeah I know, I know" and then rode away with the little boy standing on the motorcycle, still without helmet. It seems like too many people just don't care.

Gadget addict did they tow the fire truck or just a ticket?? I just noticed that when they tow the truck the fire truck was still there and they just leave the ticket in the wind screen even though its parked unattended.

According to the tow operator, the fire truck cannot be lifted because it's too heavy. And to pull it behind the tow truck, they'd need to disable the brakes / handbrake tirst. There are usually ways to do that, but in this case the drivers had arrived, meaning they can be ticketed as attended instead of unattended. Before the team left, all vehicles were gone, including the fire trucks. I can share photos if you message me on my Facebook page.

There should already be a study on increasing the penalties for traffic violations namely Driving without license, no helmets, illegal parking and more. Ridiculous fees will deter violators and repeat offenders. Make it twice or thrice the rates. Can you imagine illegal parking penalty from P1000 to P2000 increased to P5000. Ewan ko na lang if they still do it. YES to higher penalties.
