Gaerne SG-22 first ride review

Real world SG-22 review. No horseshit. Sorry bout the finger, only there for 30seconds or so.

I use SG10 for 6 years, they are still in good shape all buckles works as new. But I want to try something new and looking for SG12 (which are more for pro riders and track oriented) and SG22 (they look more for everyday ride). Thanks for review.

I wear Tech 7 enduro Dry Stars and they are awesome! I had Sidi Crossfire 2's before those and they were miserable so I never even considered SG12 being they are just an extention of Sidi.

They just came out with SG22 gortex enduro versions. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! Waterproof with the SG22 technology.

I would think the goretex would just mean your feet get even more hot and sweaty, most of the time (unless you're always in cold, wet weather)

What does the wet ground have to do with these boots?

@aces928 nothing performance wise. Just kept wearing my Alpinestar 7 Drystar during the wet to keep my feet dry, and for trail work.

@whsl824 alpinestars size 13 is good, sg10 in 13 way to tight, bumped up to size 14 in SG22

Did you say kunt hair lol. Nice review, I'm after a pair but have a wide foot, no where local to try before I buy. Might just get the next size up like you suggest to be safe. Cheers
