I’ve visited twice. Simply gorgeous. Prefer Serapo beach. Fish side more for shopping, food and old mid evil area. Nice people. Slow life compared to Roma. Recommend renting a moped to get around unless you enjoy walking miles. Generally clean city. Cleaner than Roma. Many businesses close late morning and open around 4pm. I recall renting a moped and riding along the shore heading north towards Roma. Only went 5 miles. WOW gorgeous views. Stopped to look towards ocean and someone dumped a truck load of trash off the side of roadway. Very upsetting. Other than that, have your google translate available. Not many speak English well. Very helpful people. Very kind. I honestly see Gaeta getting more and more popular in the coming future. Of course, Naples, Como, Venice and Rome are worth visiting.
