Of course you should have the option to sue the b*stards, go to the press and fight a legal battle. Go for it! We'd be happy to represent you in court too. But don't BAN gagging orders without putting any credible alternative in place first. A lot of employees just want to pay the mortgage and put the kids through college, and for them, a load of media attention and a long court case is the last thing they want. What would you have them do? For me they should have the right to a gagging order IF they want one. And by the way, we only take 10-20% 😂
