only 220,000 Yen for a College graduate is no a lot oO by current exchange rates its actually less than minimum wage in Germany .... like when you weren't able to finish school and just scrub toilets you get more XD Also as much as I like the encouragement of teamplay it sounds really stupid that you can get a bonus if your team is good even if you suck while vice versa you could be the companies number one worker but still not get a bonus because you were put in the worst team in the company oO
