I’m surprised we haven’t even gotten a pilot or ova yet. I’d love to see a build series on this line; maybe the spinatia could be the bear guy / female mech of the series. Though frame arms girls wasn’t That bad. Sure it wasn’t the Gundam esque series frame arms deserved but it fit the type of anime.

After getting Virtue, I'm gonna start collecting 30 Minute Mission kits. Sidenote I do find the color scheme of Spinatio Ninja odd as I think a dark color would suit it better but then again Naruto is wearing light colors

I appreciate the dark room in this. That has always been my bane. My house is dark as hell, so many kits with blacks, blues, and other dark colors don't pop off anywhere as well as they do in the box art. And both of these kits are on the dark side for their core features. I'm going to buy the other version for the spinatia. I didn't like the pink, but I am buying this for the GM ish core body anyway. I'll simply use the other great weapons from 30 minute missions.

Big revelation I had with the Multi-Wing Pack You can not only use them like standard legs, but with the right set-up, you can use the wings, boosters and backpack section as a set of arthropod legs for any kit that has a 3mm peg between the thighs. Combined with something like the Sengoku kit's skirt armor, it creates a very convincing divide to create a sort of "wall-grappling support unit" look, and the kit can even keep its balance on the main wings fully extended on their own to create a fun mimickry effect where it just looks like a tall mecha, but then can slink down into something faster. If you fuss with it a bit more and start introducing more kit parts, you can make a full-on drider mech without even doubling up the kits.

Quick tip, the Ninja blades have a male and female side. You need to add a small bit of runner in one of the female sides to be able to attach both blades to the back armor

the existence of the Spinatia makes me think, does this mean the Maxion is more inclusive by having a feminine looking mech, or the exact opposite because they have a mech made specifically to look feminine and thus suggesting that the Spinatio are exclusively male?

I'm very late to the party but I actually built the Spinatio Ninja and Sengoku types side by side. Since they are both Spinatios, I could use all the back parts from the Ninja type and use them on the Sengoku type. Did the same with the white parts. End results : Full white and blue Spinatio Ninja type and Full black and red Sengoku type. I wanted something that looked like the Masurao (since I can't find it anywhere) and I'm happy with the results !

give the wings to the white alto while that same alto is wearing the gundam looking armor (the one with the gundam-like face) and boom, you have 30 mm freedom gundam (give it a freedom-looking paint job to make it more authentic)

I am a little surprised and sad about the height of the Spinatia as well. Guess when I get mine in the mail, I will be modding the waist and arms to be shortened a bit. The legs, those are staying full length though, long legs are the best.

Maybe too expensive since gunpla is so customizable you need a full scan system just to scan the data into a game.
