Thanks hopefully over time, beginners will find these in a sorted playlist. And spend time practicing in a way that makes sense for them. I can say i've seen much more active engagement with people this way. And found over time, the one thing i noticed causing people when starting to develop bad habits.. was either the death grip, or pulsing air, and usually both those happen when we would start them practicing linework. Doodling works plain and simple :)

This has been one of the most helpful videos in my journey starting out. You dropped alot of gems & staying loose was one that has really helped me, as well as doodling. It can be very easy to doubt yourself early on & as being an artist in general theres always some form of self doubt throughout the process. Just getting in there & having fun painting really helps make the art & the creativity flow. Subscribed!

It is VERY easy to have self doubt. And even easier to get into a rut and lose motivation.. i know all too well. I earn a living at this stuff, and yet I go through very hard periods where there is no motivation. It REALLY helps to step back and do something just for the fun and stupid silliness of it. If i can get people to doodle as I mentioned for 5 minutes.. almost always they will go longer. And every minute you are practicing and using the airbrush furthers control until it literally becomes second nature. Once you have it its there for life. After I got covid and took a vacation I went almost a full month without touching an airbrush and coming back was easy really. Best wishes on your journey! and never take things so serious that you lose that joy. Bill!

I can't do T-shirts. I can't do the one and done technique needed. Not that I can't draw. I was a tattoo artist for 25 years. I've airbrushed many very detailed pieces at Death Row Motorcycles in Pa. But I work in a back and forth way switching between black and white until I'm happy with the under painting. From there I use candies to color and further shade and detail. Top it off with some opaque highlights and Bob's your uncle.

There are many many variations how you go about creating art. And all of them being valid. I would never presume one "right" way to anything/ Heck I dont even use just one way myself. I would have to practice quite a bit again to be able to do t shirts again. Particularly lettering. But for certain control can only come by use. Whether you practice lettering, drills, or even dashes dots and strokes time under the brush is the main thing.

my issue the damn meds I was on really screws me up real shaky hard to control my hands it sucks mani Evan have issues with shooting my uncle. old be gamin 22cal pellet rifle in the army I was hitting center mass at 300m in the fog no prob now ha ha lucky if I could pop ab. intruder with a frying pan 😂😂

The movement helps with the shaken part. I myself have nerve damage and my hands shake a lot actually. If you watch the last video you can see how shakey. the airbrush is when I’m holding it still It sucks to have to overcome physical issues. I feel your pain. Keep on keeping on best wishes friend!
