I thought you were going to share your new diet, I mean what percentage/ grams of macros you are currently taking or what your glute training routine is now, how many days, what excercises, sets and reps, etc...

she probably is in a very slight surplus with high protein and over time she gains weight. ie. 10lbs a year over 40/50 weeks.

@@Evanachris If you've been following/watching a certain KZbinr for a while and you know that you guys have similar Lifestyles, physiques, and/or intolerances it can be helpful just to get a range of what other people do. Of course everyone's body is different but after training for a bit you kind of start to learn what those differences are and how you can take some one elses nutritional ideas and tweak them to best fit your situation.

Love your videos! It would be also very interesting to hear your full journey to fitness and bodybuilding, like, when did you started, did most of the time you trained by yourself or with a personal trainer, or maybe you have a degree in coaching / fitness or smth like that? How long it took to see your first progress etc. Did you have any dietitian to help you plan meals. I don't know if you going to see this, but it would be very nice to hear about that:)

Zoals een paar anderen ook zeiden, super leuke video, maar ik heb inderdaad niet het idee dat ik hier iets van geleerd heb. Het had misschien interessanter geweest om echt te weten welke oefeningen je deed, waarom specifiek die oefeningen, hoe vaak pas je je oefeningen (lichtelijk) aan, hoe bouw je je sets op, waarom doe je dat op die manier, iets meer informatie over je macros, of je iets meer bent gaan eten, wat natuurlijk ook heel belangrijk is (zeker gezien veel fitness-influencers video's posten over 'what I eat in a day to lose weight', terwijl gewicht verliezen op dat moment eigenlijk soms niet per se hun doel is en ze bijvoorbeeld eigenlijk maintainen). En misschien onderbouwd door research (al is niet elke influencer daar mee bezig natuurlijk en dat is ook geen verplichting) maar dat soort dingen! Nu voelde het meer als gewoon een soort vlog, een kijkje in je leven. :)

i only use resistant bands to target my glutes and i use weights for my legs (whenever i use weights for my glutes, i feel my quads and not my glutes even when i try to really focus on them...it just doesn’t seem to work so i’ve just forgotten about doing it). i naturally have a pointier butt even when i take breaks from working it. i guess i should be grateful it sticks out a lot tho 🤷♀️

I train once, sometimes I get some extra steps in to hit my step goal. Training usually lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour including warm up and stretching

Look into " reverse dieting" whether you're coming out of a cut or a bulk you need to slowly increase or decrease your calories so that your body can readjust to the new ' maintenance calories' that your current physique needs. Hope that makes sense!
