Hi, please advice how much sugar can I use for 2.5kg carrots to achieve the same results? I've made it using your recipe for the past 3 years. A very simplified and perfected recipe. Thank you.

That depends on the carrots sometimes, so first start by adding 1 cup of sugar and mix. Keep adding further as per the taste👍😊 this is just to make sure the halwa doesn't become over sweet.
